A once‑a‑week
bagel ritual

Our bagels are Kentucky-style. What's that, you may ask? Great question. Our bagels are hand-rolled and boiled in water mixed with Kentucky Sorghum. We pair them with house-made spreads you won't find anywhere else, from honey goat cheese to miso chili crisp.

One day a week. Small batches. Set your alarm, grab a coffee, and come say hi. It's the best way to start any Saturday.

We update our menu every Wednesday. Expect spreads, quiche, sweets and specials change with the season. Check out the menu here or on our Instagram page.
